Jambi which was once the political and economical center of the Buddhist Srivijaya kingdom is the capital city of Jambi province on the island of Sumatra and today is a significant river port and one of Indonesia’s prominent palm oil and rubber producing centers.

Aston International’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Mr. Norbert Vas, said:  “This new hotel project is part of our strategy to bring international standard, modern and functional hotels into every secondary and tertiary Indonesian city and will be the 26th Aston in the country. We envision the hotel to become the most prestigious address and principal business hub for Jambi’s growing economic activity serving a more and more discriminating domestic demand for high quality accommodation and professional conference facilities and changing tastes for more invigorating designs and contemporary sophistication.”
